J. Martin Sanchez
Chief Executive Officer
As Principle in Charge and CEO, Martin is responsible for overall firm direction Martin has more than 26 years of directorial experience in planning, land development, and consulting in Texas and throughout the country. He is passionate and energetic about his work – creating communities – both in private land development and as a public sector planning professional. He has received numerous accolades and awards that reflect his sense of duty to do the right thing and creating communities the right way. He supports his community and has served on several volunteer boards and committees throughout his career.
He has a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Texas A&M University. He has also achieved the distinguished American Institute of Certified Planners credential.
Kimberly D. Sanchez, P.E.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO with business operations duties and QA/QC Director, Kim ensures that all aspects of the engineering process undergo a quality assurance review. This includes manpower estimates, workflow, budgets, technical reviews, construction methods, and client communication.
Casey Gregory, P.E.
President and Professional Engineer
Casey is an experienced engineer and team leader with extensive experience in the fields of land development and transportation, having successfully led and completed projects all over the State of Texas. Casey graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in December 2006 and a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs with an emphasis in Project Management and Innovation Management. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Rosie Cano
Vice President, Commercial Real Estate and Capital Markets
As a Senior Banking & Real Estate Executive, Rosie brings over 30 years of experience in large financial service companies driving revenue growth, optimizing performance, and improving customer and employee experiences. Her work is guided by a strategic vision and precise execution.
As the Executive Director of The Sanchez Real Estate Brokerage Services & Capital Markets, Rosie manages all real estate activities within The Sanchez Group and ZOEM Real Estate Investments, LLC., while working to build a new residential real estate group within our portfolio. Rosie focuses on major transformations, capitalizes on innovative technology and works to streamline operations that drive business efficiencies.
Casey Raymond
Senior Designer, Sanchez & Associates, LLC
As a senior designer for Sanchez and Associates, LLC Casey is responsible for taking a project from concept to a developed site. Though this process he designs and prepares construction documents for paving, grading, erosion control, storm sewer systems, water and sanitary sewer systems for single family, multi-family, commercial and retail sites.
Casey has a diverse background that spans drafting and designing for defense, architectural, structural, and aviation companies throughout Texas. Casey is also the owner of several businesses relating to real estate as well as zoning coordination in Collin and Grayson County.
Andrew Lowenthal
Head of Capital Markets
As Head of Capital Markets, Andy is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in major financial services firms. He leads all aspects of the company’s capital raising efforts, including managing investor relationships, structuring debt and equity offerings, analyzing market trends, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall development and strategic direction of the business and for our clients.
Maria Caccavale
Program Director, Sanchez Charities
As the Program Director for Sanchez Charities, Maria plays a strategic role in overseeing multiple programs and contributing to the organization’s long-term objectives. Her responsibilities include high-level decision-making, organizational leadership, and the development of new initiatives that align with the charity’s mission.
After relocating to Texas, Maria dedicated 8.5 years to her passion for supporting the special needs community. Her commitment and experience in this area led to her being approached by Kim Sanchez to take on the role of Program Director. In this capacity, Maria focuses on addressing critical issues such as food insecurity, homelessness, affordable housing, special populations, educational programs, public art, preservation of cultural celebration, and other community challenges. This role has not only allowed her to continue her advocacy work but has also helped her discover a second passion for broader community service and support.
Sindy Amaya
Executive Assistant
As the Administrative Assistant to Martin Sanchez and Kim Sanchez, Sindy’s primary responsibility is to provide logistical support and office coordination to the organization, ensuring the installation of appropriate systems and tools for the team’s success. Specifically, as the Administrative Assistant, Sindy is responsible for providing general office management, and meeting and event coordination.
Sintareus Buentello
Graduate Civil Engineer III
Sintareus serves as a Graduate Engineer at Sanchez and Associates, LLC, where he plays a vital role in the review of civil engineering plans, site plans , and plats for various land development projects. His responsibilities span residential, commercial, and public projects, focusing on critical aspects such as grading, drainage, paving, and utility systems, including water and sewer. Sintareus’s contributions are essential in ensuring that all engineering plans comply with regulatory standards, thereby promoting safe and effective land development.
Sintareus holds a degree from Tarleton State University and has accumulated valuable experience in land development and construction through his work with several small firms. Outside of his professional pursuits, Sintareus enjoys playing bass guitar, attending concerts, and exploring the vibrant downtown areas of Dallas and Fort Worth.
Munal Mauladad, MPA
Senior Associate, Foreign Markets and Urban Policy
Munal Mauladad has held executive leadership roles in infrastructure, master planning, economic development, and operations within municipal government for 20 years. She has structured numerous economic development agreements that have resulted in high rates of return and yielded ad valorem tax.
In her current role as Senior Associate of Foreign Markets and Urban Policy with Sanchez and Associates, she is responsible for establishing partnerships with international markets to develop bespoke master planned developments and communities in the United States. Munal has structured numerous economic incentive agreements, including Public Improvement Districts, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones, Development Agreements, and Facilities Agreements.
Munal’s education includes a BSC Degree in International Business, a BA in Marketing with a minor in Consumer Behavior, and a Master of Public Affairs with a Minor in Urban Planning, which have enabled her to realize these economic partnerships.

Advertising and Creative Director
Kelly joins us as our advertising and design specialist. With a keen eye for detail, she excels at managing timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Her impressive client portfolio includes Texas Health Resources, JCPenney, Walmart, The Lash Lounge, Texas Orthopedic Specialists, Spine Team Texas, Medical City Hospitals in McKinney, Decatur, and Lewisville, as well as the Southlake and Colleyville Chambers of Commerce, MacDonald Realty Group, and Orapin Marketing + Public Relations, among others.

Her work focuses on designing sustainable, lasting landscapes—carefully considering soil, contours, and ecology to ensure each site thrives well into the future. Justin Hogg
CAD Design Technician
Justin Hogg is a versatile design and construction professional with nearly a decade of experience supporting ground-up builds, renovations, and tenant finish-out projects across commercial and residential sectors. As a CAD Design Technician with Sanchez and Associates, Justin specializes in Civil 3D AutoCAD, MEP design, and architectural coordination, delivering precise drawing packages that keep projects on time and on budget. His collaborative approach, strong technical insight, and experience across diverse project types—including restaurants, offices, warehouses, churches, and residential additions—allow him to consistently add value and ensure high-quality project execution.

Since 2021, Henry has served as Principal Broker, providing strategic leadership and oversight of the firm’s brokerage operations. Previously, he served as Vice President of Pillar from 2011 through 2019, where he played a key role in the company’s growth and operational success.
In addition to his leadership at Pillar, Henry continues to serve as Chairman of the Board for American Realty Trust, Income Opportunity Realty Investors, and Transcontinental Realty Investors, bringing decades of executive leadership, governance experience, and industry insight to each organization.
