The Sanchez Advisory Group was founded in 2005 by Martin & Kim Sanchez. A strong desire and passion for creating quality communities led to the founding of The Sanchez Advisory Group.
Martin and Kim Sanchez, Founders of The Sanchez Advisory Group, have worked diligently to build a firm that embraces a culture of honesty and integrity.

Our Founders
Martin & Kim: After years of working in community development in the public and private sectors, Martin and Kim launched The Sanchez Advisory Group. Achieving a life-work balance was their vision – having a successful business balanced with being a mom and dad to their children.
Martin is currently the CEO of the Sanchez Advisory Group but is a land planner at heart. He has an extensive background in planning & zoning, municipal services, masterplan developments and has managed thousands of acres of property throughout the country. Kim is a licensed Civil Engineer and currently the COO of the Sanchez Advisory Group. Kim’s balance of technical skills and business acumen allows their firm to flourish and together, they have successfully served hundreds of clients throughout Texas.
In their free time, Martin & Kim are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters and are very active in the McKinney community. Martin & Kim have a long history of serving the community on various non-profit boards and communities.
Sanchez & Associates, LLC
Sanchez & Associates specializes in Community Development & Planning, Municipal Services and Engineering & Design. We have planned, designed and built numerous projects for the private and public sectors throughout the country. We have also worked as community development planners and city managers in local governments.
Sanchez Land Development Group, Inc.
The Sanchez Land Development Group specializes in master-planned communities, short- and long-term land investments, strategic partnerships and syndication and value growth. With a commitment to sustainable growth and innovative planning, we collaborate with industry leaders to create lasting value for communities and investors alike.
Sanchez Asset Management, LLC
The asset management arm of the Sanchez Advisory Group acts as lease agents, tenant representatives, and experienced property managers. The asset management team is able to structure financing packages, marketing and lease negotiations.
ZOEM Real Estate Investment, LLC
ZOEM is the real estate arm of The Sanchez Advisory Group. We successfully manage sales, purchase and negotiations for our clients. Specializing in identifying high-potential properties, ZOEM provides clients with tailored investment solutions that drive growth and deliver exceptional returns.
Sanchez Charities, LLC
Sanchez Charities primarily focused on the McKinney community. Specifically, Sanchez Charities has worked with the homeless and the hungry. Another focus area has been to provide school supplies to children and hopefully assist the in being successful in school.
Lucy's Hacienda
Lucy’s Hacienda is a beautiful Spanish-style property featuring 65 acres in Mount Vernon Texas (just 90 mins outside of Dallas), with an amazing atmosphere and a Latin vibe of amor. Our private wedding and event venue can accommodate up to 300 guests. We even have 7 bedrooms available for overnight guests!
