The 400-acre Powder Creek Ranch — the first master-planned community in Bonham — has been announced. The development (near Highways 121 & 56) will include a mix of housing, retail, office, and recreational space to support future growth while maintaining the area’s heritage and quality of life. Phase 1 (73 acres) is slated to break ground in late 2026 and will include multifamily units, single-family homes, and build-to-rent options.
