Celebrating Our Adriatica Tenants, Rick and Heather McGregor

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Adriatica Village tenants Rick and Heather McGregor, owners of Gotcha Covered of Frisco/McKinney, on being named 2026 IFA Franchisees of the Year by the International Franchise Association!

This national recognition is a tremendous accomplishment and a wonderful reflection of the dedication, leadership, and community spirit Rick and Heather bring to everything they do.

Since opening Gotcha Covered of Frisco/McKinney in 2014, Rick and Heather have built a thriving local business while making a meaningful impact throughout the North Texas communities they serve. Their commitment to their customers, their team, and their community is truly something to celebrate.

In 2023, Rick and Heather expanded their business and their presence in the community by opening their beautiful destination showroom right here in Adriatica Village. We are especially proud to have their business as part of the Adriatica family and to watch their continued growth and success firsthand.

The IFA Franchisees of the Year award recognizes excellence in entrepreneurship, community involvement, workforce development, leadership, and service to others. Rick and Heather embody each of these qualities, and we couldn’t be happier to see their hard work recognized on a national level.

As Adriatica tenants, Rick and Heather are more than business owners in our community—they are an important part of what makes Adriatica such a special place to live, work, shop, and visit. Their success is something we are genuinely proud to share.

We congratulate Rick and Heather on this well-deserved honor and are thrilled to celebrate this milestone with them. Adriatica is proud to call Gotcha Covered of Frisco/McKinney one of our own! 💙

Please join us in congratulating Rick and Heather on this incredible achievement. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish next!

Congratulations, Rick and Heather! We are so proud of you! 🎉🏆
