Sanchez and Associates, LLC has been in business since 2005 and our staff has worked in both the public and private sectors. We have planned, designed and built hundreds of projects for the private sector throughout the country. We have worked as community development planners and city managers in local governments. The projects we have worked on and the cities we have worked in are some of the most innovative and progressive in the country. We have more than 100 years of combined experience among the three core team members.

Martin has worked with numerous cities and agencies around the state including Plano, McKinney, Weston, Frisco, Mesquite, McLendon Chisholm, El Paso, Lancaster, Brownsville and Carrollton to list a few. His experience is wide and diverse with a focus on municipal planning and community development.
He has been recognized as a leader in planning and land development by receiving a number of awards and recognitions. Some of the awards include Outstanding Project of the Year, “40 under 40 of El Paso”, Development Project of the Year - Craig Ranch, Texas Community of the Year and Planning Excellence Recognitions, also receiving the Main Street Partners of the Year Award, 21st Century Affordable Housing in McKinney - 2021 Quality of Life Award.
Martin is a strong believer in supporting his community and has served by volunteering on a number of community boards and committees. Some include North Collin County Habitat for Humanity, Board Member for Richardson Child Development Center, Tree Preservation and Transportation Committee in McKinney and Board Advisory for Project Utility in Bryan.
He has authored numerous studies and reports such as comprehensive plans, tree preservation ordinances, overlay districts, traffic management plans, zoning, and sign ordinances just to list a few. He has written several articles on planning and land development and has been a keynote speaker at local, state, and national conferences on a variety of topics. He has significant experience in working with elected officials in developing various plans along with an execution strategy and implementation plan.
Martin is married to Kim, Chief Operating Officer of Sanchez & Associates, LLC, and has two beautiful daughters, Zoie and Eva. In his spare time, Martin enjoys quiet evenings at Lake Cypress Springs and playing bass guitar alongside his wife.

Specialization in land development and transportation
Casey has served as an engineer and project manager on a wide range of projects including single family neighborhoods, multifamily projects, commercial developments, roadway construction, landfill, and utilities. In addition to design, Casey has represented clients throughout the entitlements phases of their projects including annexation, zoning, and easement acquisition.
Casey is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas and has worked on projects through- out the state and in close coordination with city and county governments, the North Texas Tollway Authority, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Texas Department of Transportation among others.
Casey has been married to his wife Bobbi since 2007 and they have two sons: Ian and Oliver. They live in Princeton, Texas and Casey’s hobbies include reading, exercise, music and sports.
